Playing Catch Up

Oh hai.

Sorry, it has been a while. February was a bit of a rough month for me. I had to put my 11 1/2 year old great dane, cheyenne down. Two days prior, she was diagnosed with bone cancer.  It was incredibly heartbreaking and has generally been pretty awful. I do not know where I would be or how I would have gotten through it without Stephen’s support.  We put her down at my house, while snuggling in bed together.  Needless to say, I havent been able to sleep alone, in my apartment since then. So Stephen and I moved up the moving in thing. We weren’t planning on me making the move until my lease was up in May, but it’s working out well…I am moving things over bit by bit. Hopefully by the time May rolls around things won’t be too hectic.

Stephen and I entered a contest at Style Me Pretty – it was basically an all expense paid wedding through Jessica’s Country Flowers.  We both really wanted it. I think we made the finalists, because I got an email from Jessica wanting pictures of us. Unfortunately, we weren’t selected. Stephen was disappointed, but I told him it just wouldn’t have been fair, considering I still don’t have a ring!!
