Write a Personal Manifesto

Thanks to my friend Jac, over at All Things Bliss I stumbled upon a great website by life coach, Stephanie St. Claire called Bliss Bombed. The first thing you read when you click her “About” section is her life manifesto. You read it and you automatically think, “wow I want to be just like her!” Or at least, that’s what I thought. Then of course, I came back to my senses and realized, I want to be just like ME.

LBG has an incredible manifesto.  Nancy developed the concept of Living INside Out when she was working on her masters thesis in graduate school. The Living INside Out Manifesto is a perfect for the philosophy of our company and for the philosophy for my life as well. The Living INside Out Manifesto is simply an agreement to come from that authentic place within yourself that allows your own unique light to shine. It’s beautiful and perfect.

Blissbombed helped me realize it’s important to write and live by my own personal manifesto. Terra’s Rules to Following MY Bliss.

A “manifesto”, according to the Random House Dictionary, is “a public declaration of intentions, objectives, or motives”.  Your personal manifesto, creed, or magna carta, is a set of rules or guidelines you’ve created for your life.  A personal manifesto will help you make decisions that are in line with your values and the vision you have for your life. It’s what keeps us powerful and keeps us on track.

When I first started thinking about writing and outlining my own manifesto the task seemed a little daunting. Then I got started and I couldn’t seem to stop! I’m not quite ready to unveil it yet. You’ll be the first to know when it’s finished.
